Weekly beginners' Gaelic classes, Wednesdays, 7:00pm - 8:30pm, from the 30th of October to the 11th of December 2019 inclusive. £60 per person.
No prior knowledge required, just bring a notebook or jotter and a pen.

ALL fitness levels are welcome as every move can be modified to suit YOU. You will work hard - that's why you're coming to class 😊 - but always at a level or pace that is appropriate for YOU. I promise to never include any fancy choreographed moves. If you've ever seen me in a class you'll know why....come along and MOVE IT! The classes will be mixture of circuits, cardio and core, and strength work.
