Stirling Council hosting a drop-in on 28th May on the Local Development Plan proposals

Stirling Council Local Development Plan (LDP) 

Stirling Council is preparing the next Local Development Plan, once completed and approved this plan will set out where development should and should not take place.

A site being considered for inclusion in the next LDP is a Greenfield site on Manse Brae which is being promoted for residential use.  At this stage the site is being considered for a capacity of 75 homes, you can see the site options plan here and make comments on the plan here.  If taking part in the survey you will be asked to add a site reference, the site reference for Gargunnock is GAR-01.  Information can also be found on the Community Council webpage.

To support this consultation a drop-in event is taking place in the Garden Room in our Community Centre on 28th May from 2pm – 6:30pm, please come along to find out more and have your say.
